Ktown Team is a pre-launch organization - we're building the foundation before we hire. When positions open, they'll be listed on Jobs and announced through our community channels.
We prioritize hiring from Koreatown and the surrounding community. Our compensation model is a co-op structure where everyone earns the same rate regardless of title. Co-founders forgo salary to prioritize the organization's financial health.
What to Expect
- 4-day workweek (32 hours), core hours 10am-3pm PT
- Hybrid schedule - 2 days in-person, 2 remote

Internships
Our Internship Program offers paid, hands-on experience across multiple domains - advocacy, technology, community engagement, and communications. Interns work on real projects and are treated as full participants, not observers. The same equal-pay rate applies.
