Survey is Ktown Team's tool for structured community feedback. It supports multiple survey types - multiple-choice, open-ended, scaled responses, and multimedia - so the format fits the question being asked.
Surveys are available in multiple languages including Korean, Spanish, and Tagalog, so all community members can participate regardless of their primary language. The tool is also designed for accessibility, with screen reader support and keyboard navigation.
Survey integrates with Research for academic studies and with outreach programs for targeted feedback from specific community groups. Results are analyzed and shared with both Ktown Team leadership and the community, along with action plans for addressing what the data reveals.
All responses are encrypted, anonymized where appropriate, and kept within Ktown Team's own infrastructure. Participants control their data, and retention policies ensure information is only kept as long as it's needed.
