Project is Ktown Team's project management tool for planning, tracking, and executing community work. It provides a structured process from idea to completion - submission, planning, execution, evaluation, and knowledge sharing.
Community members submit project ideas, which are reviewed for alignment with community needs. Approved projects get access to planning tools, task management, file sharing, calendar integration, and team communication through Chat. Progress is tracked throughout, and completed projects are documented in a knowledge base for future reference.
Project integrates with Calendar for scheduling, Input for community feedback, and Research for data-driven decision-making. Funding support is available through the Ktown Community Fund and built-in crowdfunding tools.
