What Volunteering Looks Like
Volunteering at Ktown Team is flexible. You choose what to work on, how much time to give, and when. There are no minimum hours and no fixed schedules. Some volunteers show up weekly, others contribute to a single project and move on. Both are valuable.
Work happens across 25 teams covering areas like housing advocacy, public safety, health and wellness, education, arts and culture, technology, and more. You can join a team that matches your interests or skills - or try something new.
What to Expect
- Pick a team or project that interests you
- Contribute on your own schedule
- Work alongside staff, members, and other volunteers
- Access development opportunities and skill-building
- Be part of decisions - our flat hierarchy means your input matters
