Representatives are the link between Ktown Team and the Koreatown community. They engage directly with residents, advocate for community priorities, and bring those voices into the organization's decision-making. This is a frontline role - Representatives are the eyes, ears, and voice of the neighborhood.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Advocacy: Elevate the diverse interests and concerns of Koreatown residents in organizational discussions.
- Active Engagement: Connect regularly with community members through events, forums, door-to-door outreach, and online channels.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work with fellow Representatives, co-founders, board members, and staff to advance the mission.
- Transparency: Maintain open two-way communication between the community and the organization.
- Initiative Development: Collaborate with community members to identify needs and develop grassroots responses.
- Cultural Bridge-Building: Foster understanding and cooperation among Koreatown's diverse cultural groups.

Terms and Application
Eligibility: at least 18 years old, current or former Koreatown resident (or strong community ties).
