The General Team's mission is to serve as the central coordinating body of Ktown Team, orchestrating cross-team collaboration, building innovation, and ensuring all initiatives align with our core values of inclusivity, sustainability, and community strength. We strive to create a dynamic, adaptive ecosystem where all teams can thrive, using collective wisdom to address the evolving needs of the Koreatown community.

- Coordinate and facilitate smooth communication and collaboration across all Ktown Team units
- Oversee and optimize cross-team initiatives to maximize resource efficiency and community impact
- Develop, maintain, and iteratively update the organization's strategic roadmap
- Serve as the primary liaison for external stakeholders, partners, and the broader community
- Ensure all team activities align with and advance Ktown Team's mission, vision, and values

- Review the activity of other teams to create a summary report of all teams.
- Take in any request to triage or to handle.
- Manage the General section of the forum.
- Act as a central point of contact for inter-team communication and coordination.
