Input is Ktown Team's barrier-free feedback platform. It's designed to capture community perspectives from people who might not engage with a traditional forum - whether due to accessibility needs, digital literacy, language, or simply a preference for anonymity.
Community members can submit anonymous written feedback or digital voicemails. Contributions are multilingual and don't require an account or technical skill. This complements Hello, which handles public discussion, by reaching voices that might otherwise go unheard.
Input generates visual sentiment maps from the feedback it collects, showing shared concerns, popular ideas, and emerging trends. Over time, contributions build a record of how community priorities shift - giving Ktown Team a data-driven compass for where to focus its work. All feedback stays within the community and is never shared with third parties.
