Linking Policy

Linking policy welcomes links from other websites, but has guidelines to ensure that links are relevant, descriptive, and do not harm the organization. Sep 21, 23

Our organization welcomes links from other websites, but we do have a few guidelines that we ask you to follow:

  • Link to the homepage or a relevant internal page. Please avoid linking to individual images or files.
  • Use descriptive anchor text. The anchor text should accurately describe the content of the page you are linking to.
  • Do not frame our content. This means embedding our content in your own website.
  • Do not use our logo or trademark without permission.
  • We reserve the right to remove links that we believe are inappropriate or harmful to our organization. If you have any questions about our linking policy, please contact us.

    Considerations:

  • We don’t allow the linking of any commercial, affiliate or self-promotional content.
  • We don’t allow the linking to anything offensive, inappropriate or malicious.
  • We don’t allow linking to any controversial content, instead we prefer a summary of said content to be discuss to prevent any referral traffic to the source.
  • We encourage all links and text to be as accurate as possible to provide useful resources within and externally.
  • Violations:

  • If we find repeated violations it can result in suspension, limiting features, banning of source, and permanent suspension of the internal ecosystem but not of the resources that are provided to the general public.
